Rising to meet the significant barriers to learning this pandemic year presented, UT’s graduate student instructors found innovative ways to create community and address issues of equity to keep students engaged in the learning process, even in the most difficult of times. The Faculty Innovation Center, in partnership with the Graduate School and UT Libraries, was proud to celebrate some of these stand-out innovations at the 6th annual Graduate Teaching Showcase, held virtually this year for the very first time.

Announcing the 2021 Provost's Teaching Fellows Cohort

The Provost's Teaching Fellows are excited to announce the members of the 2021 PTF Cohort, who were selected from a competitive group of applicants. This year's cohort includes faculty who teach across 7 colleges and 13 departments, reaching students on virtually every corner of the 40 Acres.  We are also proud to note that this cohort includes the largest percentage of Non-Tenure Track, Teaching, and Professional faculty in the program's history.
